Password Resets

To reset your HPS password: Logon to the https://myapps.microsoft.com portal and click on the Forgot my password link.

Citrix Workspace App

**If you are on Windows 11, please check if you have Citrix Workspace installed from the Store and uninstall it by following either step.

Uninstall

  1.  On the Start menu, right-click the Citrix Workspace app for Windows (Store) application and click Uninstall.
  2.  Open Settings > Apps and Features. Select Citrix Workspace app for Windows (Store) from the right panel and click Uninstall.

Using personal laptop, desktop, without prior installations of Citrix Workspace.  If there is a previous version, please uninstall from Control Panel -> Programs and Features->Look for Citrix Workspace in the list and uninstall it. Reboot computer prior to new install.

Download, install, no need to enter any server address information during the installation.

Please also install Zoom Media Plugin afterwards.

Zoom Media Plugin

The version of Zoom installed on your VDI requires a media plugin on your Home Computer

To ensure the most reliable experience, please install the following Zoom media plugins on your home machine to allow the video and audio to pass through consistently without issues:
