Ms. Carroll is a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2024, Ms. Carroll was a Managing Director at Guardian Life Insurance, where she deployed capital and managed a portfolio of private fixed income securities on the Private Placements team. From 2013 to 2015, Ms. Carroll was a Credit Analyst covering Emerging Markets at Guardian Life Insurance. Prior to Guardian, Ms. Carroll held various roles at JPMorgan, Citigroup and S&P Global Ratings. Ms. Carroll holds a BA in Political Science and Cognitive Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
