Mr. Keating is a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2024, Mr. Keating worked for Guardian Life Insurance, where he served as head of Guardian’s private placement group for many years. Prior to joining Guardian, Mr. Keating worked as an attorney at Debevoise & Plimpton, where he specialized in corporate finance. Mr. Keating holds a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Stanford Law School.
