Mr. Mouawad is a Vice President at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2022, Mr. Mouawad was an Associate in the Financial Restructuring and Special Situations Group at Houlihan Lokey. Mr. Mouawad holds a BSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Risk Management and Financial Engineering from Imperial College.
