Ms. Duncan is an Executive Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2024, Ms. Duncan was Assistant General Counsel, Investments, with Guardian Life Insurance, where she advised and supported the Investments department in the structuring and closing of real estate and private placement transactions. Prior to Guardian, Ms. Duncan was in private practice with McGuireWoods. Ms. Duncan holds a BBA in Business Management from the College of William & Mary, an MS in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, and a JD with honors from the University of Richmond School of Law.
