Mr. Varadi is an Executive Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2024, Mr. Varadi was a Senior Director at Guardian Life Insurance where he focused on originating real estate debt investments since 2008. Prior to his role in real estate, Mr. Varadi was responsible for investment performance and attribution in the Fixed Income group at Guardian. Prior to Guardian, Mr. Varadi held a similar role at Mutual of America. Mr. Varadi holds a BA in Sociology from the University at Albany.
