Mr. Patel is a Vice President at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2024, Mr. Patel worked as a Director at Guardian Life Insurance on the Real Estate Equity team, responsible for the asset management of a portfolio of industrial, multi-family and office properties. Prior to Guardian, Mr. Patel was an asset manager at Advance Realty, a real estate development, investment and management company. Prior to Advance, Mr. Patel worked in loan underwriting and mortgage banking for Northmarq Capital. Mr. Patel began his career as an investment analyst at Prudential Real Estate Investors. Mr. Patel holds both a BS in Finance and Information Technology and an MBA in Finance and Management from Rutgers University.
