Mr. LoCascio is a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2024, Mr. LoCascio was a Senior Managing Director at Guardian Life Insurance in the real estate investment group. Mr. LoCascio was the Head of Real Estate Equity from 2003 to 2019, and the CEO of Guardian’s real estate investment management subsidiary from 2019 to 2024. Prior to Guardian, Mr. LoCascio worked at MetLife, where he spent seven years in various real estate investment management and transaction roles. Previously, Mr. LoCascio worked for JMB Realty and Equitable Real Estate. Mr. LoCascio holds a BA in finance from Iona College and an MS in Real Estate Investment and Finance from New York University.
