Mr. Geary is an Executive Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2024, Mr. Geary worked at Guardian Life Insurance from 2005 through 2024, with a primary focus on debt production, including construction perm lending, facilities, crossed portfolios and structured debt. Prior to Guardian, Mr. Geary held a variety of real estate positions at Citigroup including loan workouts, portfolio management, commercial mortgage origination, real estate asset management, real estate fund formation and management and real estate development. Mr. Geary holds a BA in Government and Law from Lehigh University.
