Mr. Malik is a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners.  Prior to joining HPS in 2013, Mr. Malik spent two years as an Associate at The Blackstone Group, where he focused on advisory transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Malik was an Associate at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice Inc., where he was involved in the analysis and execution of private equity investments. Mr. Malik began his career as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Malik graduated summa cum laude and holds a BBA in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
