1. Information We Obtain

We may obtain your contact information and other information you choose to provide through the Site.

In addition, when you visit our Site, we may obtain certain information by automated means, such as cookies, web beacons, web server logs and other technologies. Withdrawing Consent: You may withdraw your consent for us to use your personal information for one or more of the ways that we use your personal information by submitting a request using the contact details below. Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require a reasonable period of time to process and respond to your request. However, please note that your failure to supply certain personal information to us or depending on the nature and scope of your request to withdraw your consent, it may result in us being unable to continue providing you with our services to you.

Access and/or Correction: You may request to access and/or correct the personal information currently in our possession by submitting a request using the contact details below. Please note that we may charge you a reasonable fee for the handling and processing of your requests to access your personal information. If so, we will inform you of the fee before processing your access request.

We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible. Should we not be able to respond to your request within thirty (30) days after receiving your request, we will inform you in writing within thirty (30) days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request.

5. How We Protect Personal Information

6. Children’s Personal Information

Our Site is intended for a general audience and are not directed to children. In connection with the Site, we do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will promptly delete that information. 8. Updates to Our Privacy Policy

We may update this Singapore Privacy Policy from time to time and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our personal information practices with respect to the Services. We will indicate at the top of the policy when it was most recently updated. 

9. International Transfers

Your personal information may be transferred from Singapore to a country outside of Singapore.

When we transfer your personal information from Singapore, we will comply with our legal and regulatory obligations in relation to your personal information, including putting appropriate safeguards in place to ensure an adequate level of protection is provided to the transferred personal information. We will also ensure that the recipient is obliged to protect your personal information at a standard of protection comparable to the protection under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

We may retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out under Section 2 or as required or permitted by applicable laws.

We will cease to retain your personal information, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for which the personal information was collected, and is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
