Private High Grade Corporate is an investment grade-oriented direct lending strategy that primarily focuses on privately negotiated, cash flow-based debt investments in established, larger scale companies. The strategy invests in a combination of secured and unsecured debt investments, which may be fixed-rate or floating-rate.

Core Senior Lending is a more traditional, “on-the-run” non-investment grade direct lending strategy focused on established upper-middle market and large-scale borrowers with what we believe are stable cash flows and operations in historically less cyclical industries. The strategy primarily invests in privately originated, floating-rate first lien and unitranche senior secured loans.

Specialty Direct Lending is a more opportunistic non-investment grade direct lending strategy focused on situations with perceived transactional or business complexity that require structuring expertise to address and command what we believe are “effort related” premium returns relative to traditional direct lending. This strategy targets upper-middle market and large scale borrowers and primarily invests in privately originated, floating-rate first lien and unitranche senior secured loans.

Strategic Investment Partners is a private junior capital strategy generally focused on large companies in developed markets operating in industries that we believe are typically less cyclical with relatively low capital intensity. Capital flexibility is a hallmark of the strategy, with the ability to shift up and down the capital structure from subordinated debt investments to preferred and, selectively, common equity, depending on the market environment and issuer needs.

Special Situations is a flexible value-driven strategy that seeks to exploit inefficiencies in both public and private markets. We aim to create value by structuring attractive, risk-adjusted direct investments and purchasing secondary assets (including those in distressed circumstances) at meaningful discounts to underlying value. Investments are typically senior secured debt but may take the form of subordinated debt or equity.
