With approximately $21 billion of assets under management, our Asset-Based Finance platform primarily provides privately negotiated asset-backed financing solutions across the capital structure in developed markets around the world. Our investment offering spans major aspects of the real economy with investments backed by hard assets, such as real estate, infrastructure and equipment, as well as financial assets, such as intellectual property and investment fund assets. We believe our diversified sourcing approach, which combines proprietary origination platforms, a broad-based network of principals and intermediaries, and opportunities from our large corporate lending footprint, is a key differentiator of our offering. We seek to systematically employ our investment process across this opportunity set in an effort to consistently generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investors.
