Mr. Gossett is an Executive Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2024, Mr. Gossett was a Senior Director at Guardian Life Insurance, where he underwrote and managed private placement credit investments across various industries. Prior to Guardian, Mr. Gossett was a Vice President at SwissRe Investments. Mr. Gossett holds a BS in Business from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology.
