Mr. Duncan is an Executive Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2024, Mr. Duncan was a Senior Director at Guardian Life Insurance covering the Retail, Media, and Cable & Satellite sectors. Prior to Guardian, Mr. Duncan was a Senior Analyst at Trimaran Advisors, a CLO manager. Previously, Mr. Duncan worked at Phoenix Investment Adviser and Par Four Investment Management where he specialized in both performing and distressed credit. Mr. Duncan began his career with research positions at Citigroup Alternative Investments and Metropolitan Life. Mr. Duncan is a CFA charterholder and holds a BA in Economics (Hons) from Drew University.
