Ms. Peaslee is a Vice President at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2024, Ms. Peaslee worked as a Senior Counsel at Guardian Life Insurance in the Investment Law department. Prior to Guardian, Ms. Peaslee was an Associate Director, Senior Attorney at Pratt & Whitney. Previously, Ms. Peaslee was a Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company and an Assistant Vice President and Counsel at Babson Capital Finance. Ms. Peaslee began her career at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius (formerly Bingham, McCutchen). Ms. Peaslee holds a BA in Russian and Political Science from Middlebury College and a JD from Western New England University School of Law.
