Mr. O’Toole is an Executive Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2022, Mr. O’Toole was a Senior Associate on the Senior Debt Team at Audax Private Debt. Prior to Audax, Mr. O'Toole was an Associate at Lazard Asset Management. Mr. O'Toole began his career at Lord, Abbett & Co. Mr. O'Toole holds a BS with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington & Lee University.
