Mr. Bardes is a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2019, Mr. Bardes was the Managing member of Hythe Capital Management. Prior to founding Hythe in 2015, Mr. Bardes was a Senior Analyst at Silver Point Capital Management, an investment firm focused on distressed debt and special situations. Prior to that, Mr. Bardes was an Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory practice at The Blackstone Group. Mr. Bardes holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
