Mr. Maples is a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2024, Mr. Maples was a Managing Director and Head of Debt Production at Guardian Life Insurance. Prior to Guardian, Mr. Maples held similar real estate roles at Truist Bank, MetLife, Goldman Sachs, and Voya. Mr. Maples holds a BS in Real Estate Finance from Georgia State University and an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
