Mr. Ogrodnick is an Executive Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2024, Mr. Ogrodnick was a Senior Director at Guardian Life Insurance, where he managed the CRE loan servicing and asset management department. Mr. Ogrodnick’s career spanned 30 years at Guardian, with the last 25 years focused between structured CRE investments, CRE loan production and CRE asset management. Mr. Ogrodnick holds a BS in Accounting from Seton Hall University.
