Mr. Butler is a Vice President at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2024, Mr. Butler worked as a Senior Counsel at Guardian Life Insurance on the Corporate Initiatives and Transactions team, focusing on real estate transactions, primarily debt financings and asset management. Prior to Guardian, Mr. Butler worked as an Associate at White and Williams. Mr. Butler holds a BS in Criminal Justice from the State University of New York, College at Brockport and holds a JD from Brooklyn Law School.
