Mr. Patel is a Vice President at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2025, Mr. Patel was a Research Analyst at Soros Fund Management where he focused on European & Global opportunistic and distressed credit. Prior to Soros, Mr. Patel was a Senior Associate at Benefit Street Partners’ credit hedge fund. Mr. Patel began his career in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs covering Financial Technology and Financial Institutions. Mr. Patel holds a BS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
