Ms. Rosenblum is an Executive Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2024, Ms. Rosenblum was a Senior Director at Guardian Life Insurance, where she focused on originating commercial real estate loans. Prior to Guardian, Ms. Rosenblum was a Vice President at SunTrust Bank on the institutional real estate investments platform. Ms. Rosenblum previously held similar roles at Credit Agricole and Marcus & Millichap Commercial Real Estate Investment Services. Ms. Rosenblum holds a BS in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut.
