Mr. LaBold is an Executive Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2024, Mr. LaBold was a Senior Director at Guardian Life Insurance, where he served on the Real Estate Equity team sourcing new acquisitions and joint ventures. Prior to Guardian, Mr. LaBold worked for various real estate companies including The Hampshire Companies, Diversified Realty Advisors and Federal Realty. Mr. LaBold began his career with Prudential Real Estate Investors. Mr. LaBold holds a BS in Finance from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Real Estate from Rutgers University.
