Ms. Sarlo is a Vice President at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2024, Ms. Sarlo worked as a Director at Guardian Life Insurance in the Real Estate group where she handled asset management and financial reporting for the real estate equity portfolio. Prior to Guardian, Ms. Sarlo was an Investment Internal Audit Manager at Metlife and worked as a Financial Analyst and Internal Auditor at Verizon. Ms. Sarlo began her career in public accounting. Ms. Sarlo is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida, holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from the University of South Florida, and an MBA from the University of Tampa.
