Ms. Nguyen is a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2024, Ms. Nguyen was a Managing Director at Guardian Life Insurance, where she was responsible for the underwriting and portfolio management of private placement debt. Prior to Guardian, Ms. Nguyen was a Managing Director at New York Life in the Private Capital Investors group. Ms. Nguyen held prior roles at MetLife and Prudential Financial. Ms. Nguyen is a CFA charterholder, holds a BSBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Delaware, and holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University Stern School of Business.
